The Founder Story

Crafted with love, by Nanaz.

TAPENAZ began with a simple question: why wasn't French tapenade more widely enjoyed in the UAE? Founder Nazpari Azari created her own Middle Eastern twist and gave it a new name. A UAE national and EHL hospitality graduate from Lausanne, Switzerland, Nazpari brings years of food and beverage experience to the brand.

With support from Dubai SME, she established a local factory to make gourmet food accessible to home cooks and professional kitchens. Today, TAPENAZ offers 150 g retail jars and 1 kg catering packs. A chicken marinade is coming soon, with a vision to take this UAE-born brand to tables around the world.
